SEPTEMBER 2008 NEWSLETTER
The State Meeting scheduled for Saturday August 23rd 2008 had to be cancelled due to health problems of some of the State Executive. Most of which were winter ailments and early spring allergies.
More seriously, our State Director / Vice President Bruno Marmo spent 17 days in hospital after suffering a heart attack. Bruno is now recuperating at his daughter’s home and is waiting to have a pacemaker inserted. We all wish Bruno a speedy recovery.
Bruno has asked that I be appointed to the position of State Director in the Interim until he can resume his duties. I have accepted this position.
Our State Meeting was then rescheduled to Saturday 6th September 2008.
I must apologise for the misspelling in my last Newsletter. It is of course "Parity pricing" not parody. Thank you to those who bought this to my attention. Particularly those who put their name to their comments.
Most of what I send out in my Newsletters, apart from keeping you informed on what is happening within the Victorian Division, has been sent to me by people from within this Party and supporters who have in the main, done extensive research on their information. The situation in Queensland, as per the attachment in my last Newsletter is just one more thing that IS happening by stealth. If we don’t begin to stand up for our rights and get the message out there will be nothing left for our children and their children.
A Newsletter I recently received written by Sue Maynes is a real eye opener as to what the Governments of today have planned for us. In this Newsletter Sue has included the ‘Magna Carta’ a copy of which I am sending out with this Newsletter. Also from Sue is the ‘Bill of Rights’ which we are told is no longer relevant. We must ask why!!!
Sue is to be commended on the work she is doing to try to prevent the removal of land ownership in Queensland as was mentioned in my last Newsletter. Some may find this all a bit hard to believe but the matter is before the courts.
I am enclosing an article titled "Aussie Lets Go" sent to me by Doug Harrison. Doug is the convenor of the Australian Freedom Movement and Sub Editor of the ‘Strategy" Newspaper of which many of you are familiar.
I tabled this article at our State Executive Meeting on Saturday 6th September. We are all in agreement that we in One Nation should be aligned with this group and give them support.
If we all begin networking to get the message out to the public there may be some hope for this great Nation of ours. We ask that you get copies printed, hand them out to your family and friends, even pin them on your local notice boards. The message will eventually be heard. 1.

Brian McRae, from W.A. has put together a poem which very cleverly describes the plight we are in. How wonderful it would be if over the next few years Brian could put together poems telling of the turn around to save this country from the downward slide it is on at present.
One Nation could be the Party that could make that difference.
To those who have responded to our call for donations, our sincere thanks. However much more is needed. Even a few stamps can make a big difference. Particularly with the recently announced increase of 10% on postage.
Many of you have sent me copies of letters you have written to the papers. Congratulations to all who have had their letters printed. Keep up the good work.
Two of our Executive Committee Members have put forward some excellent suggestions for our "Think Tank" which is to be an ongoing item on the Agenda of future State Meetings.
The first of these suggestions from Hank Eefting are:-
We in this country need more political parties, five is suggested, then we may get a proper democratic system that will look after all our people who do the right thing.
What we need is a person or persons who are able to convince people that our way is the right way. A good P.R. person
I believe this country should be the greatest country on earth, a good living for all and a secure living for all.

One Nation------SOVEREIGNTY 2.
This is very important and is basic knowledge we should all have. A High Court Judge [ Judge Murray Gleeson ] acclaimed that the People, NOT the Parliament, hold the Sovereignty over the Nation. This fact MUST become common knowledge with the People to let them know that THEY have the power to stop any Government Acts to which we do not agree.
This is vital now, because Governments are becoming very dictatorial and totally disregard the Constitution, they also sneak items through Parliament without our knowledge.
This leads us to the Magna Carta. This was stolen from our legal framework. Who did this? Why were not the People asked? Here is why. In England when the People could no longer take the tyranny of the ‘powerful ones’ they bought in the Magna Carta with the aid of the mid’class.
The Magna Carta was so strong that even the King could not enter a poor man’s property without invitation.
Take notice of what is happening in Qld. The Qld. Law has been turned upside down [ does the average Queenslander know this?] The Qld. Government can take your land by money and by force, and resell it to a developer at profit.
The other States are watching this, but keeping quiet. Should there be no objection, you can easily guess what will happen.
One Nation could examine any thing passed by the Senate and if unsatisfactory a call be made.
There would be no need for an expensive vote with the electronics today. A date could be set and the People could phone in and a result achieved that day.
The Politicians would fight this to the end, BUT remember—We would have our Sovereignty.
One Nation –Details to consider—The People are Sovereignty not Parliament.
We can control Politicians if needed, if we act together. One Nation is Not Dead, we are very much alive. You will no doubt remember the combined Lib / Lab / Media actions. This group put up a tremendous battle of fooling the People, even up to the cruel, diabolic effort of false imprisonment of our Party Founder.

For the future of yourselves, and your Children, and Grandchildren, please study the information I am giving you and think of where your vote is going.
We need a modern Magna Carta. This may ‘keep the bastards honest’

A New World Order –And –One World Government
These words are leading us to a new slavery, our freedom is drifting away. We will be Governed by strangers at the United Nations, strangers who will give instructions to our ‘leaders’ who will then obey them. You will not have the freedoms of today, you will not be able to fight for your rights, you will not able allowed to own private property, this has already begun to happen in Qld.
Remember---John Howard took absolutely no notice of the People who spoke as follows:
No war 80%---No Sale of Telstra—70%---No GST 85% You remember Mr Howard promised "Not ever a GST" BUT, the IMF from the new World Order immediately forced him to bring it in
Which we now know he did.
Our Universities fill up with rich strangers who the take the top jobs. Our own People get the dregs.
Bob Hawke said Australia must become a Service Nation. We can see all our manufacturing companies leaving, where will our young ones find work in these fields?
Free Trade will ruin Australia—we must get back to Tariffs as other Countries do.
Our Farmers are being forced out, instead of getting help. This of course opens the door for China and others. This is the worst possible thing to do. 3.
All of this is only a drop in the bucket, but please, Vote for One Nation.
One Nation--- Items to consider---Tax Reform
Everyone knows that the present tax system is an enormous and expensive setup which must be dealt with.
Mr. Costello’s latest tax reform was a complete failure with the result being another load of extra pages and more work added.
The Debit Tax is the correct answer to all this. Again the Politicians will fight to the death over this and try to condemn it. Mr Howard said it will not work. However we must point out that the old "Fids’ and "Bads" and the new GST are all straight out of the Debit Tax and work perfectly.
How can this be Mr Howard??
There are a few Debit Taxes available and it is a matter of selection and probable amalgamation, but the adoption of such a tax will give enormous results, particularly to small Businesses. Prices can drop considerably, because the cost of Tax gathering will be removed, and the Government’s enormous Tax Office will be vastly reduced.
A taxation arrangement was made in 1953—resulting in foreign companies paying tax at home, NOT in Australia!! This was quite in order BUT when you look at the graph sheet which shows that now the situation is reversed. Now nearly all companies are foreign owned But they still pay no tax in Australia. That is the main reason that we, the People are so highly taxed.
Our shocking Governments should have corrected this matter long ago and changed that agreement for the benefit of THIS Country.
With the heavy burden of taxation reduced to a small debt from your purchases , which you will hardly miss, that becomes the end of a heavy load.
The foreign companies will fight BUT they cannot expect us to pay their way.
One Nation----Details to consider---Banking
The Bank of Australia.
One Nation must pull out all stops to have this new Bank., which of course is simply the resurrection of the original Commonwealth Bank. This Bank was the most successful Bank of all time. BUT, the Bankers of England came out here and had it brought into their line, eventually all sold out of Australia’s hands.
When this new Bank is formed Laws must be made to prevent any white-anting
The following I quote from an article sent to me:

And so history began: Immediately after Federation King O’Malley M.P. fought for the founding of a "Peoples Bank" to eliminate the danger of Australia becoming a indebted Nation.
The Bill to enable the setting up of the Commonwealth Bank was introduced into Parliament in 1911. The Bank was the set up under the control of a Governor who was appointed for seven years and was then authorised to raise 2 million Pounds by the sale of the Bank’s debentures.
[ A debenture is a bond that is backed by the credit of the issuer but not by any specific collateral.
In this case it was really backed by the present and potential productive capacity of the Australian Peoples}
The Bank issued its debentures which were sold for a stated term fixed interest rate. In June 1912 Mr. Denison Miller [ later Sir Denison ]was appointed Governor of the Commonwealth Bank.
Then in January 1913 the Commonwealth Bank opened for business.

The above will show you what can be done---if the need is there and the material and the workers are there---It Can Be Done.
At this moment in time we can see the way World Banks are operated, lending money they don’t have etc. Then finally collapsing.
We must take Utmost Care that our Bank is never contaminated.
There is absolutely No Need for the Government to borrow from foreign Banks at high interest. This Bank could supply all the credit needed at low 3% interest or zero as the case may be.
As time passed the Bank could then offer low interest loans to the People

This "Think Tank" is not a new concept but this time we intend getting it up and running.

PRESIDENT’S REPORT SEPTEMBER 2008
After viewing the TV program on Channel 7 re Coles and Woolworths on gateway prices that the Australian farmers are paid, Graeme Samuels of the ACCC needs to crawl out from under the rock that he is hiding under and take a good look at himself. I believe that he is not up to scratch with his position as CO of the ACCC.
Allan Fels who Samuels replaced, did a far better job than Samuels is doing. Samuels has taken a softly softly approach on Supermarkets and Oil companies.
With the price of Oil per Barrel today, well down from the high of $150 Plus per barrel .
The consumers should only be paying around $1-08 cents per Litre, that is to say that for any rise or fall of $1-00 in the price of Oil = 1 cent per Litre rise or fall to the price of fuel, this is what I am led to believe.
And then there is the Greengrocer that the Centro shopping centre complex stated that he could not sell lines that Woolworths was selling, for Centro to request this requirement. This is a breach of the Trade Practices Act.
